Mirena is an IUD manufactured by Bayer. If enough consumers complain about the side effects, there could be a Mirena recall. More than likely, the Mirena problems would be consolidated and heard in a special court.

Today, I came across a drug risk website. This site talks about various drugs and their problems. One in particular mentioned is the Pradaxa lawsuit. Pradaxa is said to be associated with the most deaths for medications in 2011. The Pradaxa cases have been consolidated into a special federal Multi-District Litigation (highly specialized and complex) court in the state of Illinois. There is no Pradaxa recall, but it may be close to a recall.
