Student Loans

Guest post of the week by Deangelo Spencer

I recently graduated from Law School, and absolutely could not be more excited. My entire family is over the moon, too. Not only am I the first person in my extended family to go to Law School, I’m actually the first person in my immediate family to graduate college. They couldn’t be prouder of me. I can’t go anywhere with my parents without them telling someone their daughter is an attorney. It’s pretty adorable. Know what’s not adorable? The student loans I racked up attending Law School. I am so fortunate that I received a great job with a local firm right after graduation, but the money I’m making is not even going to make a dent in my student loans. I am going to have to get really creative in ways to save money. I started with some quick and easy changes. I started buying only store brand products whenever it’s possible. I’ve stopped going out for dinner with friends as much. And one of the easiest things I’ve discovered so far is that I have the ability to select an energy provider based on their rates! I can shop around and pick the cheapest option. It’s pretty awesome. Check out texas electricity providers to see if you can save money too.
