Verbal Judo

I can see that verbal judo could be useful in many settings, especially when communicating with difficult patients, family members, not just in a critical situation. Verbal judo teaches the skill of remaining centered and focused while redirecting behavior and generating voluntary compliance. It has proven effective in hospital environments when dealing with intoxicated, angry and mentally ill individuals.
